Can I send the Resumer Form (BUR101R) before the student resumes on their course?

A Resumer Form (BUR101R) will only be accepted if it has been issued on or after the date the student has resumed their training. If the Resumer Form (BUR101R) is signed before date of resumption, it will be treated as an intention to resume only and we will be unable to release any payments.
