Different Evorel patches have been prescribed; how many charges will apply?

This will depend upon which products have been prescribed as some of the packs contain a combination of more than one Evorel product.
 
Evorel Conti patches; and,
Evorel 25, 50, 75 or 100 patches
= 2 charges and 2 fees
 
Evorel Sequi patches; and,
Evorel 25, 50, 75 or 100 patches
= 2 charges and 3 fees

The Evorel Sequi contains the Evorel 50 and the Evorel Conti patches. So the other strength of Evorel will not attract an additional charge as it is a different strength of the same drug.
