A GP practice will receive:
- an administration or dispensing fee per item
- an additional fee per dispensing episode for dispensing an FP10 MDA form
The scales to calculate your fees can be found in the GMS Statement of Financial Entitlements Annexe G.
You can also claim your version of the SP fee on all specials and imports, including Part VIIIB specials.
You must endorse 'XP' and the value you’re claiming on the prescription, up to £20.
