GP Practices, Pharmacies, Dental Practices and Opticians must order their prescription pads using the online portal on the Primary Care Support England (PCSE) website.
Prescribers must order private prescription pads from PCSE.
Community based prescribers (such as doctors, nurses or optometrists) are either working for a Sub ICB Location (SICBL) or for a Provider Organisation. Therefore it will depend on the details of the contract between the commissioner (SICBL) and the provider as to who orders the forms.
