In Wales form WP10 MDA is used for instalment prescribing of Schedule 2, 3, 4 and 5 Controlled Drugs. However, if a WP10 MDA prescription is presented for dispensing in England, the English rules will apply and you will only be reimbursed for dispensing in instalments:
- Schedule 2 Controlled Drugs
- Buprenorphine (Schedule 3)
- Buprenorphine / Naloxone (Schedule 3)
- Diazepam (Schedule 4)
- Diluents
- Water for Injection
As in England, the period of treatment must not exceed 14 days.
