If your PMR system supplier has added the functionality to recall claim messages, you're able to amend the claim within the reimbursement period.
Overpaid
If the error means that you've been overpaid, you must complete the recheck request form.
You must include all information regarding the overpaid prescription on the recheck request form. This will be investigated and an adjustment performed if appropriate.
Underpaid
If the error means that you've been underpaid, we're unable to make an adjustment.
The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) can only apply payment adjustments for any payment errors made by the NHSBSA when they're identified.
