A clinician record will close on Compass automatically if the clinician is not currently attached to a contract.

Their clinician status will automatically update to 'Ceased' until you attach them to another contract.

If you want to remove a clinician from the clinicians list due to being suspended, you can do this through the 'Clinician Update' screen:

  1. Search for the clinician record.
  2. Select Edit in the Action column.
  3. To add the clinician to the suspended clinicians list, tick the Suspended box.
  4. Add a reason for the suspension.
  5. Select Save to update the record.
