A clinician record will close on Compass automatically if the clinician is not currently attached to a contract.
Their clinician status will automatically update to 'Ceased' until you attach them to another contract.
If you want to remove a clinician from the clinicians list due to being suspended, you can do this through the 'Clinician Update' screen:
- Search for the clinician record.
- Select Edit in the Action column.
- To add the clinician to the suspended clinicians list, tick the Suspended box.
- Add a reason for the suspension.
- Select Save to update the record.
