When we migrated the Provider details into Compass, because we could not be sure the responsible dentist details were correct, we migrated the details but did not make the dentists 'Business Owners/Responsible dentists'.
Currently it's not possible for Commissioners to tick the box. We must do it for you.
It was originally thought if the Business Owners in a partnership changed, this would require a new provider ID to be created. This is why it does not allow you to tick the boxes to change the owners.
This is being reconsidered and may be changed in future.
Commissioners must email their Customer Liaison Manager (CLM) who can arrange for the changes to be made.
