If you're a Provider, contact your Integrated Care Board (ICB) or Local Health Board (LHB) directly as they're responsible for changing practice names.

If you're a Commissioner, you can change a contracts practice name on Compass:

  1. Select Provider.
  2. Select Provider and User Update.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Make the changes needed.
  5. Select Save.

You must make sure a colleague confirms the update.
