When you enter certain payment adjustments on Compass, the start date will auto-populate with the day after the published processing date.

Compass is programmed to commence running the payment processing in the early hours of the morning following the published processing date and therefore the adjustments are picked up at this point for inclusion in the payment calculation.

For some adjustments on Compass you will have to enter the start date manually. In these circumstances you should always enter the date as the day after the published processing date. For example, if the published processing date for May is the 18th the date you need to enter is 19 May. These adjustments will be included in the May payment run made on 1 June.
