Some Commissioner users have access to the 'Closed Contract Amend' screen which can be used to amend a contract after the end date has passed.

If you're extending the end date of the contract, when you amend this, the system won't automatically extend the service lines, performers and locations; you need to do this before submitting the change for authorisation. We advise that a new service line is created rather than extending the end date for the existing one.

For authorisating amendments to closed contracts, the person authorising the changes will need to locate the contract from the 'Closed Contract Amend' folder under the status 'Closed Amended and Awating Authorisation'.
