This information is held on Compass.
The location of where it can be found is different depending on your role.
Commissioner
1. Select Contract on the Compass homepage.
2. Select Allocation of Foundation Dentists to Contract.
Provider
1. Select Contract on the Compass homepage.
2. Select Contract Search.
3. Enter or select your contract number in the Contract ID field.
4. Select Search.
5. Select View on the appropriate contract.
6. Select the Performer tab.
7. Select the FD.
8. Select View and it will show the performer number of the associated trainer.
If there is more than one trainer there will be 2 entries for the FD.
