You can monitor outstanding debt on a contract by checking the:

  • ‘Debt Management’ section on Compass
  • ‘Monthly Debt Report’ available in the reporting section

The Debt Report is produced monthly. Any payments made will not be reflected on the report until the next report is processed.

To keep up to date with any payments and the correct amount owed, we recommend using the Debt Management section. 

Providers

You'll be able to see any outstanding debt for your contract(s) on the Compass homepage when you first log in.

A debt position is updated monthly. Any payments made will not be reflected on any of your reports or schedules until the next current months activities are updated.
