You can update your person details on Compass, including your:
- email address
- National Insurance (NI) number
- telephone number
- fax number
If you’re a performer
You can update your personal details using the ‘Self-service personal details’ screen in the ‘Performer’ folder on the homepage menu.
Any changes to your National Insurance (NI) number on Compass are automatically sent to NHS Pensions. They will update your pension record within 2 working days.
If you need to update your address on your NHS Pension or TRS record, contact our helpdesk to arrange this.
If you’re practice staff
Practice staff can update their personal details using the 'Participant Update' screen. You can access this screen at the bottom of the folders on the Homepage menu.
