If you enter incorrect Compass account details five or more times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you can try again to access your account.

Participant users

Any participant user must be unlocked by the administrator who created their account.

If you're a Commissioner contact the Administrator who originally created your Compass account.

If you're a member of practice staff then your practice provider who granted you access will be able to unlock your account.
