If you’ve forgotten your password or memorable word, you can reset this by using the ‘forgotten password or memorable word’ link on the login page.
Follow the instructions on this screen and you’ll be sent an email to reset your log in details.
Select the link in the email and answer the security question to reset your password or memorable word.

Account is locked
If you enter incorrect Compass account details 5 or more times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, you can try again to access your account.
Participant users
Any participant user must be unlocked by the administrator who created their account.
If you're a Commissioner, contact the administrator who originally created your Compass account.
If you're a member of practice staff, your practice provider who granted you access will be able to unlock your account.

If you're a provider, clinician, or a Commissioner administrator, contact our helpdesk using our online webform.
