What can I claim if I've made an orthodontic appliance for a patient who's Failed To Return (FTR) for the fit?

If you have made an orthodontic appliance for a patient who has then Failed To Return (FTR) to have this fitted, this will need to be claimed as an 'Assess and refuse' claim for which you will receive 1 UOA.
