There is no limit with regard to how many continuation claims can be submitted, as long as the claims are within two months of the Date of Completion (DoC) of the initial claim. It is very rare that more than one continuation claim would be appropriate.
All activity you submit to NHS Dental Services is included within the monthly report we send your Commissioner (Sustainability and Transformation Partnership / Local Health Board). It must be noted that if you're submitting more continuation claims than usual, your Commissioner may wish to query this.
