The most common reason orthodontic Regulation 11 claims are rejected is due to data being recorded in Part 5 of the FP17O.
The only data required on a Regulation 11 claim is the completion date and the Regulation 11 box being ticked.
If any information is present in Part 5 of the FP17O when claiming a Regulation 11 Course of Treatment (CoT) the claim will be rejected.
An exemption must not be present as this will also cause a Regulation 11 claim to be rejected.
