How do I claim a Course of Treatment (CoT) if it will be spread over multiple visits?

All of the treatment deemed clinically necessary at the initial assessment must be carried out as one CoT.

There's not a maximum number of visits per CoT.

If the patient has complex treatment needs where you feel the CoT requires more work than usual and you would like to discuss claiming more than one CoT, contact your Commissioner.
