A patient may have an NHS CoT and Guaranteed Treatment, which is a free repair or replacement, at the same time.
This must be claimed on one FP17 claim form unless the new CoT is a higher band.
If the new CoT is a higher band, this overrides the free repair or replacement. It does not need to be claimed on an FP17 claim form.
