You can only claim a Domiciliary visit if you have a Personal Dental Services (PDS) contract allowing you to.
You can claim one Domiciliary visit per Course of Treatment (CoT) on your FP17 claim, regardless of the number of visits required to complete the CoT.
If you attended a nursing home and carried out a CoT on more than one patient, you would claim one Domiciliary visit per patient, per CoT. You would indicate one Domiciliary visit on each patients FP17 claim form.
