The completion date for a FTR Incomplete Course of Treatment (CoT) must be the date of the patient's last visit. It's a mandatory requirement.
The patient will pay the relevant charge for the band of treatment completed. You'll receive the UDA for the treatment you've started.
If an orthodontic appliance has been made but the patient has FTR for the fit, you must submit the claim as 'Assess and refuse'.
The 2-month rule for submitting FP17 claims does not apply to a FTR CoT.
If the band started is the same as the band that's been completed so far, you must tick both the band and the incomplete band on the FP17 claim form.
