What happens to any money already paid to a contract if the Commissioner cancels the adjustment?

If a Commissioner cancels a payment adjustment that has a status of 'Payment in Progress', it'll stop any further payments or deductions being made and refund any payments or deductions already processed.

If a Commissioner only wants to stop any further payments or deductions, they must amend the end date on the adjustment. This will not cancel everything.
