It's the provider's responsibility to correctly reconcile what their contract has performed in each schedule period.
England
The activity performed by your FD will not be counted towards the activity total performed by the contract.
Wales
Some activity performed by your FD will be counted towards the activity total performed by the contract. Contact your Health Board for more information.
