How do I encrypt the disc / memory stick containing the patient records you have requested?

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) policy is that we do not send out patient data unless it is encrypted.

The NHS Dental Services sends out letters asking for dental practices to send patient records to them and for the records to be sent securely on a disc or memory stick. Their recommendation is that it should be encrypted for security reasons, however, the NHS Dental Services are unable to give advice or instruction on how you do this.
