Your contract address should not be different on Compass.

It may be the way we display the information on your contract that has changed.

To check your address:

  1. Open Compass.
  2. Select Contract.
  3. Select Contract Search.
  4. Search for your contract.
  5. This will display the provider address - this may not be the actual surgery address especially for corporate contracts, it's the central address.
  6. Select View next to the contract.
  7. Select Treatment Locations.

You'll be presented with the surgery address attached to the contract.
