Your contract address should not be different on Compass.
It may be the way we display the information on your contract that has changed.
To check your address:
- Open Compass.
- Select Contract.
- Select Contract Search.
- Search for your contract.
- This will display the provider address - this may not be the actual surgery address especially for corporate contracts, it's the central address.
- Select View next to the contract.
- Select Treatment Locations.
You'll be presented with the surgery address attached to the contract.
