All salaried dentists must have a Net Pensionable Earnings Equivalent (NPEE) amount recorded on Compass, except those working on a 'Data Collection Only' contract.
Although these performers are paid differently and their NHS contributions are collected differently, Compass requires a NPEE figure showing the pay they're receiving. Entering an NPEE on Compass will not mean that NHS contributions are collected twice.
Do I need to enter Net Pensionable Earnings (NPE) for salaried performers on trust based contract?
