If you delete a clinician's tenure using the 'Contract Amend' function, any UDA or UOA awarded during that period will be deleted from the contract UDA or UOA total.

You can check if activity has been processed for a clinician by looking at the 'Activity Search (Summary)' section on Compass or by viewing the latest pay statement.

If it's confirmed claims have been processed, the clinician did not work on the contract for the tenure in question and you have not already deleted the clinicians tenure, the provider must arrange for the claims to be deleted from the incorrect clinician before their tenure can be deleted.

The claims must be retransmitted against the correct clinician who carried out the treatment.
