If you delete a performer's tenure using the 'Contract Amend' function, any UDA or UOA awarded during that period will be deleted from the contract UDA or UOA total.
You can check if activity has been processed for a performer by looking at the 'Activity Search (Summary)' section on Compass or by viewing the latest pay statement.
If it's confirmed claims have been processed, the performer did not work on the contract for the tenure in question and you have not already deleted the performers tenure, the provider must arrange for the claims to be deleted from the incorrect performer before their tenure can be deleted.
The claims must be retransmitted against the correct performer who carried out the treatment.
