If you receive the error ‘VT number not recognised’ when adding a Vocational Trainer (VT), this means the clinician does not have the 'Vocational Trainer' box ticked in their clinician record.

If you’re a provider, you must speak to your Commissioner to update the clinician record.

If you’re a Commissioner, you can tick ‘Vocational Trainer’:

  1. Go to ‘Clinician Update’ in the ‘Clinician’ folder on the ‘Homepage Menu’.
  2. Search for the clinician.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Tick Vocational Trainer.
  5. Select Save.
