The dental charge applicable is the charge that was relevant at the Date of Acceptance (DoA) of a Course of Treatment (CoT).
For example: A patient goes in for a check up on 24 March, a band 2 CoT is planned and they finish the course on 18 April. The patient would pay the appropriate charge that was in place for band 2 in March when the CoT was accepted.
Which price should I charge the patient if the dental charges changed during the COT?
