  • Band 1: £26.80
  • Band 2: £73.50
  • Band 3: £319.10
  • Emergency dental treatment: £26.80
  • Regulation 11 replacement NHS dental appliances: £95.70 for one appliance or £191.40 for 2

Before 1 April 2024, the NHS dental charges were:

  • Band 1: £25.80
  • Band 2: £70.70
  • Band 3: £306.80
  • Emergency dental treatment: £25.80
  • Regulation 11 replacement NHS dental appliances: £92 for one appliance or £184 for 2

Scotland

You have to pay 80% of the cost of your NHS dental treatment up to a maximum of £384 for each course of treatment you have unless you're entitled to free treatment

Wales

From 1 April 2024, the NHS dental charges in Wales are:

  • Band 1: £20
  • Band 2: £60
  • Band 3: £260
  • Band 4 urgent courses of treatment: £30
  • Regulation 11: £78 for one appliance or £156 for 2 appliances

Before 1 April 2024, the NHS dental charges were:

  • Band 1: £14.70
  • Band 2: £47
  • Band 3: £203
  • Band 4 urgent courses of treatment: £14.70
  • Regulation 11: £60.90 for one appliance or £121.80 for 2 appliances

Isle of Man

From 1 April 2015, the NHS dental charges in the Isle of Man are:

  • Band 4 urgent courses of treatment: £18.50
  • Regulation 11: £65.70 for one appliance or £131.40 for 2 appliances
