Will Net Pensionable Earnings (NPE) or Net Pensionable Earnings Equivalent (NPEE) allocated to clinicians automatically change if the Total Contract Value (TCV) is amended on Compass?

NPE or NPEE will not change if the TCV is amended.

It's the provider's decision how they allocate money if the TCV changes. The total NPE or NPEE of clinicians cannot exceed 43.9% of the TCV.

The provider must make amendments to their clinician's NPE or NPEE on Compass.

If the TCV is changed due to a non-recurring payment, any changes to NPE or NPEE must cover the same period.
