Your tier rating for the current financial year is based on your last confirmed Net Pensionable Earnings (NPE). If you’re a new performer and you do not yet have a confirmed figure, your tier rating is based on your estimated NPE.
If you’re not attached to a contract for a full financial year, Compass will pro-rata your earnings over a full 12 month period to calculate your tier rating.
