You must speak to your Provider who can check you're listed as superannuable on Compass.
The Provider can also check if a Net Pensionable Earning (NPE) figure has been recorded on Compass for you.
Providers
If the Performer is showing as superannuable, check there's an NPE figure recorded against them on the contract.
If no NPE is present, this must be added for the Performer on Compass.
An NPE would not be entered on a 'PDS Plus' or 'Data Collection Only' contract.
