Where a FP17 claim has been submitted with a banding and a charge exempt item, the system will give UDA for the banding but not the charge exempt item.

For example: If a performer claims band 2 treatment plus the removal of sutures, the banding will take priority and only three UDA would be awarded.

On older schedules this may also show as 'Charge exempt item disallowed'.
