Why is there a discrepancy between the cumulative Units of Activity (UDA) shown on the schedule and my EDI system?

The electronic schedule is a reconciliation report which can be ran up to 2 days after the schedule cut-off.

The schedule may show more activity than the monthly schedule on Compass.

You can reconcile your claims and see which schedule processed claims will appear on Compass by:

1. Select Activity.
2. Select Activity Search (Detail).

It's recommended you check your practice software and make sure you've received acknowledgements for all your EDI FP17 claims.
