Where possible you should provide all of the evidence we request from you. Failure to provide any of this may result in a delay in your application being assessed.

If you are unable to obtain any of the required evidence you should provide a covering letter, explaining in as much detail as possible the reasons why you cannot provide this. You should also where possible provide an alternative document.

If you are unable to provide evidence of expenses, your application will be assessed but we would not be able to take these into account until we have received the evidence.

We cannot advise that an alternative document will always be accepted. This is a discretionary decision made upon assessment.
