You will need to complete a change of circumstances on your NHS Bursary account.

You will need to provide evidence in the form of either a tenancy agreement, mortgage statement or a letter from your landlord if you fall into any of the following categories:

  • You are cohabiting and in receipt of Dependents Allowance
  • You are a part time student and receive earned or unearned income
  • You have applied for the means tested elements of NHS Bursary funding and are moving from your parent's home into your own lodgings.

The change of circumstances application will then be processed within 25 working days of the evidence being received.

If you do not fall into any of the above categories you will not be required to provide evidence of your new address and the change of circumstances application will be processed within 25 working days of it being submitted.

Your address will be updated once the change of circumstances application has been processed.

If you have an overpayment, in addition to the instructions above, you will also need to contact finance to provide them with your new address.

Finance can be contacted on 0300 330 1345 (select option 2, then option 1).
