In a small number of cases we receive notification from banks following a payment, informing us of a change of account details.

Where possible we will amend these details on the student's behalf to ensure they receive their future payments.

If this has been done for you, an email will be sent to you which will confirm a bank account update has been input.

You should log into youraccount and check that bank account details shown are correct.

We are only able to correct bank account details in a limited number of cases, so you should always ensure you update your own details if you change them to ensure your payments can be made.
