If you are normally resident in England and you are studying Medicine or Dentistry at an NHS Bursary eligible university in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, you can apply for NHS Bursary funding in the later years of your course.

Eligible Universities outside of England are listed below:

Scotland

University of Aberdeen

University of Dundee

University of Edinburgh

University of Glasgow

University of Glasgow (Dental)

University of St Andrews

Northern Ireland

Queens University Belfast

 

If you are normally resident in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland and you are studying Medicine or Dentistry in England, you should contact the relevant funding authority in your home country.

If you are an EU national normally resident in the EU but not the UK, and you are studying in any of the UK countries you would normally apply to the UK country in which you are studying for assistance with tuition fees.

We do not fund any courses based outside of the UK.
