A calculation of your bursary or overpayment must be requested in writing.
We'll deal with this request within 10 working days of the date your letter is received.
If your bursary was originally based on another person's income, we need a signed letter from them to confirm we can disclose their information to you.
The letter must include their name, address and telephone number. The letter must state that they give consent for their financial information to be included in the breakdown and be signed by them.
