Access to POL
Complete an ‘SD55 Annual Update’ on POL.

No access to POL
You must submit the annual updates on the spreadsheet sent near the end of each Scheme year. This must be emailed to directionbodies@nhsbsa.nhs.uk.
Any updates missing for previous years can also be submitted on this spreadsheet.

We’ll send an email confirmation within 5 working days of receiving the spreadsheet.
If you’ve not received this spreadsheet, email directionbodies@nhsbsa.nhs.uk and include your employing authority (EA) code.
Timescales
Annual updates must be submitted within:
- 2 months of the end of the Scheme year for all officers
- one month at the end of the Scheme year immediately following the Scheme year to which it relates to for practitioners or non-GP providers
