If a TRS is not available for an employee, you can produce an estimate on Pensions Online (POL).
Before an estimate can be produced, check your error handling folder and make any corrections.
Once the data is correct, the estimate can be processed on POL.
If the estimate cannot be produced because of a data issue you cannot correct, this will be allocated to NHS Pensions. Once they’ve corrected the data, you’ll receive a notification on POL and you can run the estimate.
Manual cases will be dealt with by NHS Pensions.
