Your statement is held securely on the TRS website. We have provided two ways of determining your identity in order to allow you to log in:
- Using ESR Employee Self Service; and
- Using GOV.UK Verify to access your statement via the website
If you use ESR Self Service you can log in by clicking the 'Total Reward Statement' link in ESR.
If you are using GOV.UK Verify you choose from a list of certified companies the government has approved to verify your identity. The company you choose will ask you some personal details that they check against records held by mobile phone providers, credit agencies, HM Passport Office or the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). These checks won't affect your credit score. Once you have been verified you will be able to access your statement. Please see the Total Reward Statement website for more information.
