You can pay a PCN in full or set up a Direct Debit (DD) on our website.

To set up a DD you must confirm you:

  • are using your own bank account
  • are the only person required to authorise debits from this account
  • understand if we are unable to take payment on more than one occasion, you may have to pay extra charges and may not be able to pay by direct debit again

If you're unable to pay or set up a DD online, you can make payment 24 hours a day by calling our payment line:

  • DECS 0300 330 1293
  • PECS 0300 330 9291

You can make part payment towards your outstanding balance:

  • by changing the amount when asked ‘How much are you paying today’ if paying online
  • by choosing the ‘part payment’ option and type the amount into your phone when asked, if paying by phone

If you cannot pay using these methods, you can send a cheque or postal order to ‘NHS Business Services Authority’. Make sure to write your reference number and postcode on the back of your cheque or postal order and send it to:
