NMS is an advanced service within the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF).
Contractors providing the NMS services are required to maintain records of the consultations.
NHS England is asking community pharmacy contractors to voluntarily submit NMS quarterly summary data to us. We collect NMS information from pharmacy contractors on behalf of NHS England.
You can submit your quarterly NMS data to us by either:
- the online form
- the electronic reporting template
