Claims for payment must be submitted using the Manage your service (MYS) portal and/or CPCS Pharmacy IT system.
Claims must be submitted by the fifth of the month. Late submissions will only be accepted if sent within 6 months of the date which the claim should have been submitted.
For any referrals completed between 1 May 2023 and 31 July 2023, later submissions will be accepted until 5 December 2023.
Referrals from 1 August 2023 will only be accepted if made within 3 months of the date which the claim should have been submitted.
Claims submitted later than this will not be paid.
EPS tokens for exempt patients must still be sent to NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) to be scanned and kept for Post Payment Verification (PPV) purposes.
