What can I do if I think a payment has been made to the wrong cost centre or practice?

If you're a Sub ICB Location (SICBL) or provider organisation and you believe any prescribing has been incorrectly processed or attributed to your organisation, you can initiate a prescriber query. 

1. Complete the prescriber dispenser report from ePACT2 including details about why you think the prescribing has been incorrectly attributed.
2. Send the completed form to prescribingqueries@nhsbsa.nhs.uk.

Your request should cover no more than a 3 month period.
