Pharmacies

You send your FP10s to Newcastle (Division 3) or Newcastle Greenfinch (Division 7).

You must populate the appropriate claim form on the Manage your service (MYS) platform and submit it electronically by no later than the 5th day of the month. 

Your claims should be despatched, appropriately sorted, no later than the fifth day of the month, as per Clause 5, Part 1 of the Drug tariff.

You must include the Account Identifier Document provided by us and dispatch it alongside the paper prescriptions. 

Where one or more bank holiday occurs within the first five days of the month, dispatch and submission must be secured by the sixth of that month.

The requirement to submit Electronic Reimbursement Endorsement Messages within the first 5 days remains unchanged.

Practices

Non-Dispensing practices send your FP10s, FP34PD Submission document and FP34PD appendix form to Newcastle Greenfinch (Division 7). 

Dispensing practices send your FP10s, FP34D and FP34D appendix form to Newcastle Greenfinch (Division 7).

Your claims should be despatched, appropriately sorted, no later than the fifth day of the month.

Appliance Contractors

You send your FP10s to Newcastle Greenfinch (Division 7).

Your claims should be despatched, appropriately sorted, no later than the third day of the month.

This is stated in the 'Sorting and Submission of Forms' section of your submission document.

MOD (ministry of defence) dispensing or prescribing sites

You send your F MED 296 forms to Newcastle (Division 3).

Your submission should be despatched, appropriately sorted, no later than the 20th day of the month.
